Support and feature requests
Our current contact channel is the public GitHub project. Use its Issues tab to ask a question, report a problem or suggest a tool. A GitHub account is needed to post. There is no support email or contact form in this release.
What helps us investigate
- The tool name and the steps that led to the problem.
- Your browser name and version, and whether you used a phone or computer.
- The error message, with personal details removed.
- A small, invented example that reproduces the issue, if you can create one.
GitHub issues are public. Do not post private documents, passwords, API keys, payment details or personal information. We do not need your original sensitive files to troubleshoot a tool. For a sensitive concern, request a private contact channel without posting the details.
Before you report a problem
Each tool includes instructions and supported-file limits. Scanned PDFs need OCR, which is not available yet. Image comparison needs equal dimensions. Password-protected PDFs and PDFs with interactive forms or signatures are not supported.
Read how local processing works or check the current tools and roadmap. Support is handled as the maintainer’s time allows; we do not promise a response time.
