How it works

  1. Choose the PDF or image files for this tool.
  2. Choose your settings, then preview or process it.
  3. Download your result; split pages and page images can be bundled as ZIP files.

A few useful details

Encrypted PDFs and interactive forms or signatures are not supported. Page operations do not preserve bookmarks and document-level features. PDF text extraction is not OCR; reading order may need cleanup.

Up to 20 MB per PDF, 40 MB combined and 100 pages total. Images to PDF accepts up to 20 images and 40 megapixels combined. Page image export is limited to 20 pages per job, 12 megapixels per page and 50 MB output. File contents are not saved between visits.

A PRACTICAL GUIDE

When to use Merge PDF

Join multiple PDFs in your chosen file order for a report, supporting documents or separate notes. Each input’s pages are copied into a new PDF. Use Organise PDF afterward if individual pages need to be moved, rotated or removed.

Frequently asked questions

What are the merge limits?

Choose 2–10 PDFs, up to 20 MB each and 40 MB combined, with up to 100 pages in total. Output is limited to 50 MB.

Can I merge protected or signed PDFs?

Encrypted PDFs and PDFs with interactive forms or signatures are rejected. Use an authorised, unsigned and non-interactive copy.

Will bookmarks and metadata survive?

Not all document-level features or metadata are preserved. This copies pages and is not an archival or sanitisation workflow. Review the result.
