A few useful details

Encrypted PDFs and interactive forms or signatures are not supported. Page operations do not preserve bookmarks and document-level features. PDF text extraction is not OCR; reading order may need cleanup.

Up to 20 MB per PDF, 40 MB combined and 100 pages total. Images to PDF accepts up to 20 images and 40 megapixels combined. Page image export is limited to 20 pages per job, 12 megapixels per page and 50 MB output. File contents are not saved between visits.

When to use Organise PDF

Reorder, rotate or remove pages and save a new PDF. Correct a sideways scan, rearrange report sections or remove an unwanted page. Previews are rendered on request so a large document does not need a full thumbnail grid.

Correct a three-page packet

Original order: 1, 2, 3
Move page 3 before page 2.
Rotate page 3 by 90°.

Saved order: 1, 3, 2

Controls refer to original page numbers. Check a preview after changing rotation, and keep at least one page.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit words on a page?

No. This changes page order and rotation or removes pages; it is not a PDF text editor.

Why are there no automatic thumbnails?

The current interface lists pages and renders previews on demand to reduce processing and memory use.

Are all PDF features preserved?

Document-level bookmarks and metadata are not fully preserved. Interactive forms and signatures are unsupported. Removing pages is not a sanitisation guarantee.
